Dr Barbara Wilson, BSc Hons, DPhil

Manager of Nutrition

Barbara graduated from Napier University in Edinburgh with a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences. Sparking her interest in nutrition and the importance of a healthy diet.

"I believe that eating healthily should be easy and enjoyable. Healthy choices at every meal, not extreme diets, are key for long-term weight maintenance. I will be happy to guide you in modifying your eating habits so you can find a healthy style of eating that you can enjoy forever. I have a young daughter so can help with any worries on eating during and after pregnancy, weaning and family foods, as well as allergies. I’m also a keen cook so would be happy to discuss how to make your favorite foods healthier!"

Dr Claire Kehoe, BSc Hons, DIS, DPhil

Customer Services Manager

Claire studied in the University of Ulster at Coleraine where she received an honors degree in Human Nutrition. As part of her studies, Claire spent a year at the Dunn Clinical Nutrition Centre, where she carried out research in the areas of nutritional epidemiology and the assessment of dietary eating habits. Claire also has several published papers in this area.

"In partnership with my nutrition experience, I have worked in Customer Services on a diet website for several years and will be able to answer any of your queries."

Catherine graduated from University College Cork with a 1st class honors degree in Nutritional Science.

"I have a special interest in healthy eating and its importance in the diet of everyone from the young to the old. Eating should be a pleasurable experience that optimises your nutritional health. I worked for a well-known scientific information company, which gave me a wide range of nutrition and scientific knowledge.

I also believe your diet determines how good you feel on a physical and emotional level. I will be happy to discuss how you can incorporate healthy eating habits into a busy lifestyle."

Laura McLoughlin, BSc Hons, MSc

Nutritional Consultant

Laura graduated with a BSc Hons in Biological Sciences at University College Dublin before completing her MSc in Human Nutrition at University of Ulster, Coleraine. As part of her studies, Laura carried out research in the area of B-vitamin status and genetic predisposition as risk factors for heart disease. Laura is a member of the British Nutrition Society.

“I believe that portion control and healthy food choices are key to maintaining a long term healthy body weight. Our meal plans do this for you and we hope that you will follow the principles you learn with us for life. As a mother and fitness enthusiast I am here to guide you on your way and am happy to discuss any nutrition, health or customer-related query you may have”.
